Function Finder turns your ABC observations into a hypothesis about why a behavior of concern happens and suggests evidence-aligned strategies. It is a decision support and teaching tool. It is not a diagnosis, not a Functional Behavior Assessment conducted by a qualified analyst, and not a substitute for professional judgment. Recommendations should be reviewed by the adults responsible for the student's plan.

Do not enter student names or identifying information — use initials or a placeholder instead. Do not use the product to make high-stakes decisions about a student without consulting the qualified professionals on your team. You are responsible for downloading and saving your report before your session ends.

Reports are available as a single report, a three-report package, or a Teacher Pro subscription (30 reports per month, monthly or annual). Each generated report uses one credit. Credits are verified on our server; access is never granted only through the app interface.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

If a report fails to generate after payment, the credit is automatically returned and you are not charged for it. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle — to request one, visit paddle.net or contact us at gobeyondabilities@gmail.com. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and you keep access through the period you have paid for. Organization license purchases made by purchase order follow the terms of the corresponding invoice. See our full Refund Policy.

Schools, divisions, and districts may purchase licenses through purchase order and invoice from Go Beyond Clinical Services, LLC. Licenses include a defined number of user seats and an expiration date. Access is provided through redemption codes that are securely verified; codes may not be shared beyond the purchased seats.

We do not retain assessment content. See our Privacy Policy for details. You agree not to enter information identifying a student or to use the product in a way that would violate applicable education privacy laws (such as FERPA).

The product is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific student outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, share access codes beyond purchased seats, or attempt to misuse the product. You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time.
