Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at gobeyondabilities@gmail.com. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

If a report fails to generate after payment, the credit is automatically returned to your account and you are not charged for it.

Teacher Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further renewals are charged.

School, division, and district licenses purchased by purchase order follow the refund terms of the corresponding invoice.
